This policy explains how The Mandoob for Business Centers and Secretarial Support W.L.L. ("The Mandoob", "we", "us"), registered in Qatar under Commercial Registration 253316, collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit themandoob.qa, contact us, or interact with our pages on Facebook and Instagram.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, nationality and the details of the business you want to set up, when you email us, message us on social media, or fill in a lead form.
• Documents for your file: passports, IDs and company documents you send us so we can process your application.
• Social media interactions: comments, messages and lead-form answers on our Facebook and Instagram pages, which we read and reply to through Meta's official tools.
• Basic technical data: anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, referring site). We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
• To prepare and submit your company formation, licensing, visa and related applications to the relevant authorities.
• To manage our business centre and office agreements.
• To publish content and respond to comments and messages on our own social media pages.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations in Qatar.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to the services you asked for.

Who we share it with

Only with the parties needed to deliver your service: Qatari government authorities (for example the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry of Interior), banks you ask us to approach, and service providers that host our email and website. Each receives only what is needed for that step.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, and client files for as long as Qatari law requires us to keep business records. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email us and we will act on it within 30 days.

Deleting your data

To delete any data we hold about you, including data received through Facebook or Instagram, email info@themandoob.qa with the subject "Data deletion request" and the name, email or social media account you used. We confirm once it is done.

Security

We store files with reputable providers, limit access to the staff handling your file, and never ask for passwords or card details by email or social media.
